Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing an overload in orders then your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All shipments will have free shipping. Deliveries will be between 5 and 7 business days.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your shipment has been shipped by email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Tigers Dynasty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tigers Dynasty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
